This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.allergysuperheroes.com and shop.allergysuperheroes.com (the “Site”).

USE OF SITE = CONSENT

If you leave a review for any item on the Site, you will be asked to provide your name, email, and a review title, and your review. Only your first name, last initial, the review title and your review will be publicly visible. Your email address will never be available publicly.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

In addition, the Site may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram, in order to market the Site or its products. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Site.

Newsletters

You may subscribe to our newsletter in many ways, including on the Site, on our accompanying blog (www.allergysuperheroesblog.com), by choosing to receive emails when placing an order, or by visiting us in person at various events. These newsletters may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Site to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

The Site currently uses the following third-party service providers:

Google Analytics – this service tracks Site usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address and demographic information, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.

Facebook Pixel – this service tracks Site usage and the success of Facebook advertising when traffic is referred from Facebook. Facebook may capture your IP address and demographic information, but no other personal information is captured. Refer to your Facebook Privacy Settings for more information.

Mail Chimp – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We only deliver emails to individuals who opt into our mailing list by the methods described above. If so, we store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

RIGHTS RELATED TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Opt-out – You may opt-out of future email communications by following the unsubscribe links in our emails. You may also notify us at info@allergysuperheroes.com to be removed from our mailing list. We will still send emails pertaining to any order you placed.

Access – You may request the personal information we have about you by submitting a request to info@allergysuperheroes.com.

MINORS

Certain features of our website (free downloads, character information) may be used by children starting at age 10. No personally identifiable information is necessary to see or download these features. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 10.

The Site does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
